Running on Empties | Month of December!

Corporate teams pack hampers at Ottawa's Annual Hamper-Packing Day (2017)

For 33 years, we've partnered with The Beer Store in Ottawa for one of our biggest fundraisers of the year--Running on Empties! The money you help us raise goes directly to our food assistance program, helping feed families in need over the holidays!

HOW YOU CAN HELP

THIS YEAR"S IN-PERSON EVENT IS CANCELLED, BUT for the month of December, Beer Stores across Ottawa will have a donation button at their cash registers. Simply return your empties to a Beer Store near you and ask to donate a portion of the funds to the Caring and Sharing Exchange's Christmas Exchange program!
